By now, Kim Kardashian has had plenty of moment to adjust to her high-profile life in the public eye.  And now she’s giving some paparazzi the same opportunity.

Yesterday the

“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” sweetie was out shopping in Beverly Hills and on Roberson Boulevard as part of filming a ‘real life’ segment for The Insider.
