Celebrating 47 years of what’s been a good life, birthday boy Billy Ray Cyrus was spotted out and about in North Hollywood on Monday (August 25).

t-shirt which read “My Heroes Have Always Killed Cowboys”, Billy Ray looked dressed down as he took the family pooch for a stroll around the family’s neighborhood.
