Getting geared up for the upcoming Halloween holiday, Ali Lohan and her mother Dina were all about the cat costumes while out in New York City last night

(October 27).

The “Living Lohan” ladies stepped out at Animal Fair Magazine’s Halloween Pet Costume Party to benefit the Humane Society of New York.
